The PAL North Brevard Blaze will be having an end-of-the-season picnic this Saturday, January 10, 2009 starting at 11:00 AM at the Orlando Utilities Recreational Area located on US 1 just south of Titusville (see map below). The team coaches will provide items for the grill, but everyone is asked to bring your own drinks and please bring a covered dish to share.

     We will have special guest speaker Meghan Cornett to share an inspirational message. Meghan played Softball at first base for the University of South Carolina. She had an impressive College Softball career and started every game all four years for 236 games. We will also have a few of our local High School Softball coaches to talk to the girls and to let them know what is expected from them if they want to make the High School Varsity team.

     There will also be plenty of activities for young and old alike. We will have karaoke and numerous sports activities to keep everybody happy.
