Manager Kyle Miller
Coach Miller has lived in Brevard County for 25 years. He graduated from Titusville High school in 2001 where he played both football and baseball for the Terriers. Coach Miller then went on to Greensboro College where he played football and was a student assistant softball coach for 2 years. He graduated with a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science. He later came back to Titusville High School where he has been coaching football and softball for the past 2 years. Coach Miller is also in his first year of teaching at Titusville High School. This is Coach Miller’s first season coaching the NBYSA Terriers.

Coach Craig Young
Coach Young has lived in North Brevard County for almost 40 years. He played football for two years for the Valdosta State University Blazers. He has also played semi-professional football and tournament league baseball and softball. He has been coaching various area youth athletic programs for the past seven years. Most recently, he coached softball at Mims Little League for the 2008 season, before that he coached the North Brevard Blaze Fastpitch High School team for the 2007 season.

Coach Merrow has lived in Brevard County for 46 years and went to Titusville High School. He has played men's softball in Brevard County for 20 years. Coach Merrow has a lot of youth sports coaching experience, including coaching Baseball at Port St. John Little League for 10 years, coaching Baseball at Mims Little League for the past 6 years, coaching NBYSA Softball for 2 years and coaching Youth Football for the past 6 years.

Manager John Young
Coach Young has lived in Brevard County for 20 years. He graduated from Titusville High School in 1987 where he played on the Terrier’s Varsity Baseball team. Coach Young honorably served his Country in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. He has been coaching at Mims Little League for the past 6 years with the last 3 years as a fastpitch softball coach. While coaching Fastpitch softball, his team has won two of the last three District 22 Championships and he has also coached the Mims Little League All-star team for 3 years. Coach Young is now in his third year as a Blaze coach, is currently serving as the Vice President of Mims Little League for the Softball Division and is also serving as the Founding President of the NBYSA Blaze Girls Fastpitch Softball organization.

Coach Osborne has lived in Brevard County for 43 years. He graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1984 where he played Varsity Baseball and Football for 3 years. Coach Osborne played baseball at BCC for two years and played in the Junior College World Series in Grand Junction Colorado where the BCC team placed Second and also played baseball at FIT for one year. He played semi-pro ball in Alexandria Virginia and has coached NBYSA Slowpitch, managed a P.S.J. Girl's Fastpitch team and assistant coached a P.S.J. Girl's Fastpitch team.

Manager Kevin Yakubowski
Coach Yakubowski has lived in Brevard County for his entire life and graduated from Astronaut High School in 1984 where he played Baseball for the War Eagles and was a 4 year letterman. He also played 4 years of Basketball and 2 years of Football at Astronaut. Coach Yakubowski has played in local softball and basketball leagues over the past 20 years and has coached Mims Little League Baseball and Softball, YMCA Basketball and Upwards Basketball.

Coach Ethan Waldron
Coach Waldron has lived in Brevard County his entire life. He graduated from Astronaut High School in 1984 where he was a 3 year letterman in Football, Basketball and Track. Coach Waldron earned a Football scholarship at Appalachian State University. He has played in various local softball and basketball leagues over the past 20 years and has been coaching Mims Little League minor/major softball, YMCA basketball and Upwards basketball.

Our Mission
The PAL North Brevard Blaze is dedicated to the development of girl's fastpitch softball and to elevate the level of play in North Brevard County to the highest caliber possible. The development of the PAL North Brevard Blaze Fastpitch Softball Teams will also benefit area High School sports programs by providing extra coaching and field time to their current and future players. Our area athletes will learn the life skills of fair play, good sportsmanship, and respect within a competitive environment. By teaching and reinforcing fundamentals, conditioning, commitment, teamwork, perseverance, and positive attitude, we provide our girls with the necessary tools to be champions in their sport and in life.
